À la sortie du choc pétrolier de 1974, les industriels restructurent leurs entreprises et externalisent pour la plupart leurs services de maintenance. C’est à partir de ce moment que SOGEM s’inscrit dans cette logique et développe son activité en partenariat avec deux ou trois industriels de la région.
Depuis lors, SOGEM ne cesse de développer son offre auprès de nouveaux industriels et d’étendre son rayon d’action aux départements limitrophes.
L’année 2000 sera une année clé pour SOGEM qui, après vingt ans d’existence, est certifiée ISO9001 version 2000 et termine un lourd programme de formation transversale de ses salariés d’une durée de trois ans.
La récession économique des années 1992 et 1993 impose une remise en cause profonde des stratégies d’entreprise et SOGEM s’engage dans le système assurance qualité sans certification.
En 2004, SOGEM obtient la certification ISO14001 qu’elle complète en 2009 par la certification MASE (ex UIC obtenue en 2005).
SOGEM est désormais reconnu comme un acteur essentiel de proximité avec la réactivité indispensable à un service de qualité toujours plus efficace.
At the end of the oil crisis of 1974, industrialists restructured their companies and outsourced most of their maintenance
services. It was from this moment that SOGEM adopted this logic and developed its activity in partnership with two or three industrialists in the region.
Since then, SOGEM has continued to develop its offer to new industrialists and to extend its scope to neighboring departments.
The year 2000 will be a key year for SOGEM which, after twenty years of existence, is certified ISO9001 version 2000 and completes a heavy three-year transversal training program for its employees.
The economic recession of 1992 and 1993 requires a profound rethinking of corporate strategies and SOGEM commits to the quality assurance system without certification.
In 2004, SOGEM obtained ISO14001 certification, which it completed in 2009 with MASE certification (formerly UIC obtained in 2005).
SOGEM is now recognized as an essential local player with the reactivity essential for an ever more efficient quality service.
